About Me
Hi, I’m Alison, a relational, experiential therapist who invites people to explore their inner world, relationships, and sense of meaning. For over a decade, I’ve walked alongside individuals, couples, families, and communities through uncertainty, transition, and growth. Outside of work, I enjoy life through writing, reading, meditation, meaningful rituals, and time with family, all of which keep me connected to self and others.

My approach is grounded in the mind-body connection and influenced by a systemic lens, attending to how relationships—with self, others, family, and culture—have shaped you over time. Together, we explore these patterns not to pathologize them, but to deepen self-understanding, compassion, and agency. Clients have described me as an attentive and compassionate listener who brings patience and thoughtful questions to the work.
I have a particular interest in working with clients navigating spiritual concerns, including those who wish to integrate their faith into therapy and those who carry hurt or ambivalence related to the church. I aim to offer a space that supports authentic faith, honest questioning, and spiritual healing, guided by your values and lived experience.
