I will work alongside you to create positive changes in your life, resolve conflicts, and towards the goals you desire. As a counselor, I work with individuals coping with various concerns related to neurodiversity, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, PTSD/ complex trauma, caregiver concerns, relationship issues, parenting struggles, communication skills, and general life dissatisfaction. I work with parents and caregivers to develop parenting skills and plans for their children that are neurodiverse or may require additional support.
I use a trauma-informed approach to therapy which combines Poly vagal theory, IFS applications, play therapy, client focused therapy, and EMDR. I have a background in Developmental Individual-difference Relationship based model . I have completed PDA Level 2 certification by PDA of North America allowing me to have strategies, techniques, and options for working with
