FAQs

  • We are out-of-network providers. This means that we can give you a Superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement for all or part of your session cost, according to your insurance plan. Our therapists work on a sliding fee scale, focused on meeting you at a fair session price. During our initial call, we collect some information to determine what fee is best for you.

  • We are committed to creating a safe, equitable, just healing environment for all, regardless of race, ethnicity, age, gender, sexual orientation, spiritual background, immigration status, and other aspects of identity, taking particular care to create an anti-oppressive and culturally affirming therapeutic experience for historically and systemically marginalized groups.

Our scope is limited to outpatient therapy. We do not offer higher levels of care, emergency response or crisis services. We are not able to prescribe medication and do not have a psychiatrist on staff, but we are able to connect clients with resources for additional services outside of our organization as needed.

  • Yes. Each clinician offers their own range of appointment types, but most do offer telehealth appointments.
