About Me

Hi! My name is Briana Volpintesta (formerly Bogue), and I am both a clinician here at PFTG and the Co-Executive Director and Clinical Director. I also supervise clinicians towards licensure.

When I am not doing therapy, I can be found tending to my many indoor plants, practicing yoga, and exploring Philly’s extensive food scene.

  • I am an individual, couples, and family therapist specializing in trauma recovery, dating, relationships, grief, life transitions and identity work. I use EMDR and emotionally focused talk therapy to collaborate with my clients to reach their goals. I strive to practice anti-racist, feminist, LGBTQIA+ and non-monogamy friendly therapy, drawing on my near-decade of experience as a therapist, supervisor, author and teacher. Whether it is reclaiming emotional freedom, finding your identity (perhaps again), or seeking healthier relationships, I strike a balance between warmth, humor, acceptance, and challenging to help folks of all identities and backgrounds come home to themselves.
