About Me
Hi! My name is Caitlin Rice, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist in the Philadelphia area, seeing clients virtually anywhere in Pennsylvania. I became a therapist because I'm curious about what helps people deepen their relationship with themselves and the people they care about most.
Outside of work, I enjoy music, spending time in nature, being with family and friends, and getting lost in a good poem.

I believe the relationship we have with ourselves influences every part of our lives, especially our relationships with others. Therapy offers a space to slow down, get curious, and better understand the patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape how we move through the world. Together, we'll explore what matters most to you and make sense of difficult experiences or long-standing beliefs that may be getting in the way. I bring warmth, compassion, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit to our work, with the hope that you leave feeling more connected to yourself, your relationships, and the life you want to create.
