Grief & Loss
Loss affects people across all demographics and manifests in many forms — the death of a loved one, divorce, serious illness, job loss, miscarriage, and more. A structured group setting offers not only evidence-based coping strategies, but also the therapeutic element of shared human experience and peer connection.
