About Me

Over eleven years of clinical practice, I have learned that healing isn't only about thinking deeply and exploring life's complexities, it's also about making room for play, humor, and moments of lightness. I believe peace and growth come from finding balance, sitting with discomfort while giving your nervous system permission to rest. This perspective was shaped in part by my years of working with children and families in their homes. Although I now work primarily with adults, I continue to believe that creating a sense of security where the inner child can be acknowledged and expressed is an essential part of the therapeutic process.

Outside of my work, family and community are at the center of my life. I also enjoy staying active, whether I'm playing volleyball, dancing, or going off the radar to hike in Rio de Janeiro. These experiences are a few of the ways I cultivate balance, connection, and joy in my life.
