About Me
I am an individual, couple, and family therapist specializing in relationships of all kinds, life transitions, dysfunctional family systems, communication building, sex therapy, anxiety, addiction, self-esteem and identity work, among others. I’m passionate about cultivating meaningful and healing relationships with my clients by working with each person individually to identify their unique set of challenges and needs. I use a multitude of systemic approaches with my clients, with an emphasis on Emotionally Focused Therapy and The Gottman Method (in which I hold a Level 3 certification). I’m committed to practicing anti-racist, LGBTQIA+, and non-monogamy friendly therapy. I believe that a healthy and effective therapeutic relationship is built on trust and a sense of safety. I also feel that a balance between the mind and body is important for one’s overall health and wellness.
