About Me
Hi! I’m Meghan! I am from a small town in South Jersey. I am an alumni of both Rowan University and Thomas Jefferson University. I have been in the field for 5 years, working with individuals, couples, families, as well as children and adolescents.
Clients often describe me as down-to-earth, warm, and caring, but also honest and real. I value bringing authenticity and a bit of humor into the therapy room when it feels right.
When not with clients, I love exploring different coffee shops with my partner, traveling to different cities, playing video games with friends, and watching Philly sports teams.

Processing emotions and confronting difficult experiences can feel overwhelming to do alone. If you’re feeling stuck, anxious, or disconnected in any area of your life, you don’t have to navigate it by yourself.
Growing up in a divorced family gave me insight into the challenges of blended family dynamics and shaped my passion for supporting those navigating separation, divorce, and relationship issues. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I’m committed to creating an affirming space for conversations around sexuality and gender identity.
I approach therapy through a systemic lens, recognizing that who we are is deeply shaped by our environments and relationships. Together, we’ll explore how your family system and past experiences influence your current patterns, helping you build insight, strengthen autonomy, and create meaningful change.
In our work together, you can expect me to be warm, direct, and genuine. I’ll ask thoughtful yet sometimes challenging questions while creating a space where you feel supported and understood. My goal is to help you manage anxiety, build healthier boundaries, and communicate more effectively. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable and even uncomfortable. If this resonates with you, I encourage you to reach out.
