About Me
I am a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT) working with individuals, couples, and families who want to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that may be getting in the way of progress in their lives. My approach to therapy is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative, and I strive to create a space where you can slow down, reflect, and feel genuinely supported. I was drawn to this work out of a deep curiosity about people and relationships, and a belief that meaningful change happens when we feel understood and supported as we make sense of our experiences.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy exploring local nature trails with my dog, trying new restaurants, enjoying the sunset and spending quality time with my friends and family.

Therapy with me is a collaborative process where we take the time to understand your unique story and what matters most to you. We will look to understand your challenges through a systemic lens, paying attention to the past and present emotional, relational, and cultural experiences that shape how you relate to yourself and others. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, values, and goals in a way that feels respectful, curious, and supportive.
I work best with clients who want to move beyond quick fixes and are open to reflection, growth, and greater self-awareness. In our sessions, you can expect a balance of thoughtful conversation and practical insight, always grounded in warmth and understanding. Whether you are struggling with communication, feeling stuck in repetitive patterns, navigating life transitions, or just want to better understand yourself, my goal is for you to leave each therapy session feeling more connected to yourself and supported in taking meaningful steps forward.
