About Me
I am a pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that works with individuals, couples, and families who are looking to make sense of their feelings, their connections, and where they land within it all. I am trained to consider the social and environmental factors that impact your life while maintaining a trauma informed approach.
When I am outside the therapy room, I love to craft, listen to music, try new foods, and spend quality time with my friends and family.

My approach is warm and relational: I hope to create a safe and affirming space where all identities feel welcome. Together, we will uncover paths forward that consider your unique life experiences, empower your personal autonomy, and provide space for you to process challenging experiences. Collaboration is an important part of therapy, and I always encourage you to share your thoughts and feedback with me. My practices are informed by my belief in social justice, intersectionality, and harm reduction.
