About Me
Hi! I'm Sara and I am both a licensed couples and family therapist and Co-Executive Director. I am also a plant enthusiast, and dog mom. In my spare time you can find me in my kitchen cooking and baking (and dancing) or on the couch crocheting a project. I have been in the field since 2018 working with individuals and couples on various presenting issues.

I approach therapy in a "3D" way rather than just the "one thing" bringing you in. I frequently work with adult children of narcissistic parents, boundary setting and advocating for yourself, life transitions, and increased self worth. In therapy with me, you can expect me to curse and make the occasional joke but I am always there to support, guide, and challenge you. I take a direct and eclectic approach and I will always explain the method to my madness; just like I will ask you questions I will always encourage you to feel free to ask me questions.
