About Me
I am a seasoned therapist specializing in systems theory and attachment work with over a decade of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's complexities. With over a decade of experience and specialized training from Ackerman Institute for the Family and Council for Relationships, I bring a unique holistic perspective that integrates emotional, relational, and physical well-being. My approach goes beyond surface-level fixes; instead, I believe in seeing beyond the “problem” and diving deep into the interconnected web of relationship patterns and personal past experiences that keep us stuck. My work focuses on understanding the whole person within their relationship systems, helping clients identify patterns, heal generational wounds, and create meaningful change.

The world is a hard place. If you’re here, you’re probably hurting. Maybe you feel like no one truly sees how much you’re struggling. Maybe something feels wrong but you can’t quite put your finger on it. Maybe you’re simply feeling stuck. Therapy with me is a safe place to land amidst whatever challenges you’re facing. Here, you won’t feel pressure to “get over it” or minimize your pain. I’m here to meet you with curiosity and compassion. While my years of professional experience and training have helped me become the seasoned therapist I am today, you are the expert on your life. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support and validation during the most difficult moments. Through our work together, we’ll identify the hurt in your system—the external systems you’re part of, like your relationships, and the inner system that makes you, you. Once we better understand you, we’ll discover how we can support the health of your systems. The hardest part of this journey is asking for help, and you’re doing that. Together, we’ll take the next steps toward healing.
