About Me

Hi, I’m Tracey. I’ve always shied away from superficial conversation. Being a therapist gives me the opportunity to connect with people in a way that matters. Prior to my work as a clinician, I was a reporter and producer in public media. I bring that investigative and curious spirit into my relationships with clients.

When I’m not working, I indulge both my high- and lowbrow tastes, scout out coffee shops, and hang with loved ones, including my three cats.

  • Dating & partnership issues
  • Emotion Regulation
  • Illness, Chronic Pain & Caregiving
  • Pregnancy & Fertility
  • When I am in the therapy room—be it virtual or in person—I aim to enter into my client’s world.  I do that by fostering warmth and safety, by asking a lot of questions, and by listening intently.  Therapy can be light and playful, but it can also be uncomfortable.  While I always respect a client’s limits, I also know that change does not occur without a certain amount of challenge.  So, I gently nudge.
