I use a systemic approach in therapy. I focus on identifying problematic patterns and cycles in both individual and relational work and then support my clients in creating and sustaining healthier patterns. I use an integrated approach including the following modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, Attachment Theory, and Emotion-Focused Therapy.
Since there is no “one size fits all” approach in therapy, I collaborate with my clients to tailor treatment to their specific needs and goals. Ultimately, I seek to empower clients in developing emotional awareness and self-confidence, improve upon communication skills, and create healthier relationships with their loved ones. -
