About Me
I became a therapist because it is important to me to make a difference in the world and to make a difference in peoples’ lives. I love working with clients who are motivated to make a change but don’t know how to get there. I also enjoy working with people who struggle to love themselves and see themselves for who they are. My clients would say that I am able to see the best parts of them, even when they can’t see it for themselves.
I really enjoy creative hobbies (stained glass, photography, art) and being outside, especially in the summer. I’m a big fan of the beach and swimming!

I take a real genuine interest and curiosity in my clients lives. I am invested in their lives and the people who are special to them. I remember details and make my clients feel cared about. I bring my full self to therapy sessions. I use my sense of humor, the occasional curse word, and genuine warmth into every session. A good therapy session for me is when we start putting the pieces together. It feels like rope untangling or like finding the right puzzle pieces that fit together: Things start to make more sense, everything looks a little clearer, and we can see a way towards the goal.
